Terms of service
The rules for using ChoiceUI. Short, because most of it comes down to: your design system is yours, and the software is provided as-is.

What ChoiceUI is
ChoiceUI is a command-line tool and an accompanying website. The CLI reads the design tokens and components in your repository, records them as a manifest, and generates configuration that keeps your codebase and your AI agents on that system. It runs on your machine and needs no account.
The website offers an optional account for sharing one design system across several repositories. That part is not open to the public yet.
Your work stays yours
Your source code, your design tokens, your components and the manifest ChoiceUI generates from them are yours. Using ChoiceUI gives us no ownership of any of it and no licence to use it beyond running the service you asked us to run.
The files the CLI writes into your repository, including the manifest, the ESLint configuration, the CI workflow and the generated skill files, are yours to keep, modify and distribute, with or without ChoiceUI. Stopping using ChoiceUI does not take them away and does not break your build.
We do not use your code or your design system to train any model.
Provided as-is
ChoiceUI writes files into your repository and can gate your continuous integration. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it is free of defects, that its analysis is correct, or that it will be available without interruption.
You are responsible for reviewing the changes it makes before you commit them, and for keeping your own backups and version control. To the fullest extent the law allows, Vervian Design Group Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of ChoiceUI, including lost work, lost profits or a broken build.
Acceptable use
Do not use ChoiceUI to:
Break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, or process code you have no right to process. Attack, overload or probe the service or the accounts of others. Resell access to the hosted service as your own product. Circumvent limits on the service or attempt to reach data belonging to another account.
The CLI itself is yours to run as often as you like, on as many repositories as you like, on your own machines. These limits concern the hosted service.
Accounts
If you hold an account, you are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your credentials and CLI tokens secure. You can revoke a machine’s token at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or others.
You can close your account whenever you want, and doing so deletes the data described in the privacy policy. Your repositories are unaffected: the files ChoiceUI wrote are already yours.
Changes to the service
ChoiceUI is under active development and will change. We may add, alter or withdraw features on the hosted service. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will say so in advance. Versions of the CLI you have already installed keep working as they are.
Changes to these terms and contact
If we change these terms, we will change this page and move the date at the top. ChoiceUI is a product owned and operated by Vervian Design Group Inc.. Questions go to hello@vervian.com.
